My family purchased food from this restaurant while staying at the hotel. While we were eating, an employee approached us and said, “You ordered to go, you need to leave.” We immediately left. The restaurant was nearly empty, and the way this was communicated made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed. The experience was upsetting enough that we threw away the food instead of finishing our meal. If this is the restaurant’s policy, it should be communicated in a much more respectful and customer-friendly manner.

we went to this place expecting the mid experience and we received one of the best servers in reno Tina was attentive and on point she served us with a smile and recommendations to our food we didn't know we could do. we have been to alot of restaurants around the reno area and she was truly one of the best. if she serves you you won't regret it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate here on New Years day. We originally wanted to eat at the Resort Buffet but they jacked the price up to $80 per person for the holiday. Johnny Rockets was a solid substitute. Quality burgers, reasonable prices, and our server Tina was excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30
