KLIT News Restaurant Review Sometimes the best family memories begin with something as simple as an open parking space. For us, it led to Julio’s Restaurant in downtown Bothell. A warm welcome. Outstanding customer service. Authentic Mexican food made with care. Then came one more smile. Our receipt totaled $53.26, and as we walked back to the car, we were greeted by a field full of rabbits peacefully enjoying the evening. As a social worker, I’m trained to notice strengths, connection, and the moments that bring people together. That’s exactly what Julio’s delivered. Great restaurants don’t just feed people .they create spaces where families slow down, laugh together, and leave feeling a little more connected than when they arrived. Sometimes the richest evenings aren’t the ones you plan. They’re the ones you’re willing to notice. Thank you, Julio’s, for giving our family more than a wonderful meal. You gave us a memory. I decided to try Julio’s after reading all the great reviews on the restaurant. My husband and I went on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. My husband liked the chips and salsa but I was not a fan of the salsa. We placed our order which was mahi tacos and steak fajitas with a Diet Coke. When our food arrived they brought chicken fajitas, not the steak fajitas that I ordered. The waitress thought I said chicken. I had to remind our waitress to bring my Diet Coke and flour tortillas that came with my meal. My husband said that the mahi tacos that he ordered were fantastic. My steak fajitas were pretty good. The atmosphere was extremely loud which made conversations hard to hear but the place was very clean. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Julio's Restaurant was recommended to me by my bestie that only eats blah food. If you can make blah taste good.....I'm still not sold. I looked it up and the reviews were very encouraging. Tried it today and asked the waitress to pick for me. I was torn between chicken fajitas or machaca. Machaca is my most favorite dish in Cabo at The Office. She chose Machaca and both of us were blown away. Hands down the best food I've ever had. Not just the best machaca, the VERY BEST FOOD I've ever had. Chips and salsa were very fresh. Our waters were always full. Nothing fancy, super friendly. Would highly recommend.
