I order yesterday but my order is not complete. Its have missing 1 sundae and 1 coca cola. The chicken is small and hard to bite. Make sure check it first before you give in the driver!

I placed my order at 6pm and had to wait for two hours upon arrival of food everything was cold and all the order was wrong we had special request for the food since it was going to be eaten by children and your team is a failure they didnt even bother to check the request, i even stated if it isnt possible to give me a call but no one did. Below is proof of this incident.

Some staff are a bit rude asking for somethings in a way of a survey but they just want to ask names of most customers, as a Filipino i love going to Jollibee but this branch in some way a bit unprofessional than the other ones, one time my order got more delayed than those I’m ahead of and they did not even apologize
