Roger was great ! The place was packeddddd on a Saturday and he held it down with his team with grace respect and amazing customer service in in the middle of all the added pressure. UPDATE OCT 2, 2026 It has been a month since I published this review. I received a response to this review by Jollibee telling me to reach out to them with the link they provided. When I did, I received a generic response alerting me that they got my message and they'll get back to me, but I was again ignored by their customer service. Rather than try to resolve customer issues, customer service chooses to ignore concerns and hopes that you'll give up and stop reaching out. ORIGINAL REVIEW This location is hit or miss with the quality and accuracy of the order. Usually it's just some minor things like missing a drink or a side, but the last order I had made my meal inedible. The 12pc Chickenjoy bucket and chicken nuggets both had a strong chemical flavor, and the smell of the chicken was off. I ate some of it and started feeling queasy, so I stopped and had to trash my order. I reached out to customer service, and their corporate team gave a me a coupon for a free 2piece with side and drink, which was far below the value of my actual meal. I emailed back asking how that coupon could replace my ruined meal, and I got no response. Follow up emails were also ignored by the corporate team. My emails to them happened over the course of a month, and it was complete silence from Jollibee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
