WORST Jollibee in the HISTORY!!! If it's possible to give a negative here, I'll put it. 10:14PM when we passed by and ordered at the drive thru because my family and I were hungry. We were promised that it would only take 10 to 15 minutes to get our order so we waited. 10:45 the order is still not there and we noticed that many people are angry and waiting for our orders and we saw that the new orders have been processed and we who waited for almost an hour are still gone. So, I asked what happened to the orders and it seems like no one wants to listen the Manager was on his cellphone some of the crew were on ecstatic mode while the rest were chatting with their crew members. And when I asked if our order will be delivered or not because it's been over an hour and we still don't have any food. Surprisingly, one of its crew approached me and said "Sorry Sir but we are unable to process your orders and we will just refund your money. I was infuriated and was so disgusted that we waited over an hour for nothing and when I asked for the manager the only thing he said was sorry and nothing else. I hope it reaches Jollibee Management because I can't believe that experience.
