They have this new system where you can order and pay directly at the kiosk then just wait for your number to appear on the monitor. At first I was impressed. I see my number in the "preparing" section. After my number disappeared from the screen, I was expecting him to move to the "serving" section, but he didn't, he just disappeared and my order wasn't there at the counter. When I followed up, they just started preparing my order. And no one even apologized. I'm so disappointed. It's ok that there is a delay, but the attitude of the staff is that they will fix it. I hope your chicken is small, even if it's just for service, Jollibee Megamall will make up for it Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
