I was so disappointed with the attitude of the crew in this branch. I made a takeout order with them. I had to do some errands first before taking my order again. I saw my sister (who is a foodpanda rider by the way) placing the order and I thought she was a Jollibee rider. I kindly ask the crew if I can also plasticize the order since it's in a paper bag, I'm carrying a lot and it's still stormy. I don't know what the problem is with our crew and laughed and left leaving the other crew in front of me without getting any answer. Thankfully, the foodpanda rider gave me a plastic bag which I refused since I didn't know it was hers but she insisted. To our crew who laughed and walked out, I don't know what's so funny about my question, you could just answer that it wasn't provided by Jollibee. I hope the attitude of your crews is still good, but after reading some reviews here I don't hope for more. To that foodpanda rider who helped me and talked to me, may God bless you. Kudos to our riders who ride even in typhoons just to make money. Will never go in here again. I would rather order thru food delivery apps rather than experience this kind of treatment. I dont know whats up with this branch and the forgetful crew. Lagi na lang may kulang sa order. Imagine being stressed the whole day and coming to this fastfood to buy your comfort food, tapos pagkauwi may errors: dalawang spicy instead of 1 spicy and 1 normal tapos walang gravy for the chicken. Yung pinaka kinaiinisan ko walang gravy kasi that's what I was looking forward to the most. Maybe its a "minor" mistake, pero the thing is, the mistakes are consistent in this branch. Last time na nagpatake out kami, walang ordered utensils tapos gravy. And when we asked for water knowing na TAKE OUT kami, binigay samin glass instead of a paper cup?? Hahahaha kaloka. (They knew na take out kami kasi kami lang customers that time and same staff.) I dont know if its poor training or the staff are just irresponsible gotta be one of the bad branches out there Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1
