Disappointing Food and Even Worse Customer Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Jon Restaurant was disappointing enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. First, the food. We spent around 3,500lek for our meal, and honestly, the food was barely decent. The prices are extremely high for what you get, and nothing we ordered stood out enough to justify the cost. There are many better dining options in and around Dhermi that offer better quality food at a more reasonable price. However, the food wasn’t even the biggest issue, the customer service was. One thing I’ve always appreciated about restaurants in Dhermi and the surrounding areas is the warm hospitality. Most places go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, Jon Restaurant was the complete opposite. The restaurant is connected to a large hotel property with plenty of parking spaces available. Naturally, I parked my car in one of the parking bays and went in for dinner. After finishing our meal, we returned to find that our car had been blocked by an SUV in a single-lane area, making it impossible to leave. We went back into the restaurant to ask whose vehicle it was. To our surprise, we were informed that it belonged to one of the staff members. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or helping resolve the situation professionally, a member of the management approached me in a very rude and aggressive manner, questioning why I had parked there and speaking to me as if I had done something wrong. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were no signs whatsoever indicating that the parking area was reserved exclusively for hotel guests or that restaurant customers were not allowed to park there. I have taken photographs that clearly show the absence of any such signage, and I will be uploading them with this review. If a parking area is restricted, it is the responsibility of the hotel and restaurant management to clearly communicate that to customers. It is unreasonable to expect first-time visitors to somehow know parking rules that are not displayed anywhere on the property. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. A simple explanation or polite conversation would have resolved the issue. Instead, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behaviour. Between the overpriced food, average taste, and poor customer service, I would not recommend this restaurant. There are far better places nearby where customers are treated with respect and made to feel welcome. Hello, thank you firstly for sharing our entrance with pictures we forgot to give you a tip because you made it easier for the future customers who would really appreciate the food over the fact that you were debating constantly with your wife. We are very polite people and we have never had this issues before such as parking or a "red carpet entrace" just for you. We meet client expectations continuously and we try to improve on our staff comments but we can not improve on lies because it does not correspond with our reputation. So straightforward a damaging to the business and complete lies!

The Absolute Best in Dhërmi! If you are looking for the ultimate dining experience in Dhërmi, this is it. The food was absolutely incredible honestly, everything we tasted was so good that we couldn't stop ordering! Even though we were told the restaurant is brand new, they operate like a seasoned, Michelin-star establishment. Nothing was missing. The dishes arrived incredibly fast, yet every single plate was impeccably fresh and beautifully prepared. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. Nejla was the absolute best! She took flawless care of us from start to finish, ensuring our experience was perfect. Her top-notch service and the kitchen's efficiency completely blew us away. Lovely place, but service was a little slow. We were a table of 4, but they forgot one of our mains which was strange as it wouldn’t make sense to only order 3 dishes on the table? I had the Caesar salad and asked for no croutons but it came with them anyway and SO much dressing I couldn’t finish it. Great aperol spritz though!
