I ordered Char Kway Teow without prawns, but it was served with prawns anyway. To make matters worse, the food tasted terrible. The noodles were incredibly mushy and soggy, making it very unappetizing to eat.On top of that, the staff's attitude was highly unprofessional. When they came to take my order from a distance, I could already see a sour, grumpy expression on their face. I understand if they were tired—everyone gets tired at work—but there is absolutely no need to show that kind of attitude to customers.This place used to be my favorite, and I visited frequently. However, the quality has severely dropped. On a previous visit, I ordered chicken chop fried rice and found a hair in my food while eating. Coming back this time, the Kway Teow was just awful and soggy, and my request for no prawns was completely ignored.If you cannot prepare the dish without prawns, just let the customer know beforehand. Do not just serve it anyway and cause trouble for people. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: RM 1–20
