Jones Social was one of the highlights of our stop in Doha! The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, but what really made the experience special was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to RJ, our server, who was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d also like to recognize Charbel, the manager, who left a lasting impression on us. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. As travelers with a long layover in Doha on our way to Bangkok, he took the time to teach us about the area, answer our questions, and genuinely make us feel welcomed. The hospitality we received was exceptional, and it turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. If you’re visiting Doha or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Jones Social. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service are all top-notch! Thank you again, RJ and Charbel, for such a wonderful experience! On arrival the lady at the front desk was fumbling around, then proceeded to what seemed to be struggling at the till, However, Russell saved the day. He is very professional, made us as guests feel welcome and looked after, Russell communicated clearly and professionally and offered alternatives for menu items that was not available at the time. At the time, the chicken harissa was not available, however, we had the delicious ribs instead. Russell is polite, is attentive, Thank you Russell, you definitely make sure that us as customers will return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A solid 10/10 experience. The food was delicious and the vibe was calm and comfortable. Mr. Charbel was a standout. He was so incredibly attentive, professional, and polite that we completely forgot we were in an airport and it felt like dining in a top tier restaurant.
