I walked into John’s Joint and had the best customer service experience. One worker, Mariam, was awesome, and her coworker Sumaya was amazing as well. They helped us find a great seat, sat us down, pulled my chair out, and checked on us throughout our visit. The service was absolutely outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back maybe even every day, twice a day! Highly recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: USD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jon’s joint brings all the pieces together perfectly for an incredible smash burger experience. So glad to see them expand into Sterling. The decor is nostalgic yet the menu options are modern. Just tried Jon's Joint in Sterling and it’s officially my new go-to spot for burgers! The smash burgers are next level — perfectly crispy edges, juicy inside, and you can tell they use fresh, high-quality halal beef. I got the classic cheeseburger with loaded fries on the side, and both were . The fries were crispy, generously topped, and the shake I got (strawberry, I think) was thick and hand-spun — tasted homemade. The place has a clean, modern fast-casual vibe. Staff was super friendly and the service was quick even during what seemed like a busy time. If you’re in the Sterling area and craving a really good smash burger (especially halal), stop here. This place is going to be popular quick. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back soon.
