St. Augustine Catholic Church is worth visiting after wonderful meals at this restaurant. The chef at Jônt cooks tasty duck, crabs and beef. Most guests recommend trying good ice cream, fruitcake and pancakes. If you're the delicious wine fan, you may enjoy this place. A collection of great matcha or good coffee is offered to visitors.
From the guests' point of view, the ambiance is pleasant. This two-star Michelin restaurant is to serve you gourmet dishes created by a famous chef.

Worth the experience. Must have interest for seafood as well as Japanese cuisine. The dessert which is served at the end is a large portion of the experience. Not suitable for children. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Jont has been on the list since it opened in the midst of Covid and it certainly is a culinary experience. The entire bar does not begin dinner service until every diner is seated since every diner receives each course simultaneously. Yes, the restaurant plays hip hop, which we thought was a nice balance to the frou frou nature of the meal itself, and we appreciate said genre. The meal lasted about 3 hours. Service and presentation were both top-notch - carefully choreographed and beautiful food. There were a couple of servers who presented our food and we couldn't hear a thing they said - so a couple need to speak louder. The dishes for the most part were quite palatable, flavors mixed well and a few offered layers of flavor. A few menu items tasted really odd. The black truffle cream that came with the dry aged pork was just awful. Should have left that off the plate, didn't taste like truffle, not sure what it was. The leg a& thigh dumpling with the dry aged duck was inedible. There was an unexplainable odd taste that hits you as a second layer which was almost gag-worthy. Also, the bone and buckwheat broth was a great idea in theory, but tasted awful. Duck and buckwheat are both strong flavors and did not blend well. Loved the dessert structure (will not mention to keep it a surprise). The desserts were ok - the caramel apple was hard and dry, a few of the options in The Box were weird, but overall decent offerings. The staff is very pleasant and everyone knows the menu - appreciated the sophistication and preparedness. The one vexation was the amount of Michelin items everywhere (Michelin statues right on the prep counter, Michelin books everywhere, checks come in a Michelin book) - we get it, you're Michelin rated. From a pricing standpoint, this meal was more expensive than several 3 Michelin star meals we've had, as a barometer.
