Good Tsukemen, tonkotsu ramen and pork ramen will impress you at the first bite. A number of reviewers consider the staff knowledgeable. If you want to enjoy prompt service, you should go to this restaurant. Most people have noticed that the dishes are offered for fair prices. Expect the homey atmosphere at Joppari. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

The tsukemen was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of seasoning. The noodles were cooked to perfection—chewy and satisfying. The toppings were fresh and complemented the dish beautifully, especially the tender slices of meat and the soft-boiled egg. Every bite was warm, comforting, and full of depth. Overall, a wonderful bowl of tsukemen that I would definitely come back for! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Joppari in Nagata for the first time in a while. I stopped by to get some tsukemen. You can increase the amount of noodles up to special size (750g) for free. As for beer, you can choose Asahi or Kirin. It takes a while for the tsukemen to be served, but we wait for their arrival while drinking beer. The format of the tsukemen is similar to its predecessor Mitoyo noodles, but I get the impression that they are differentiated in the details. The noodles are neatly arranged like pasta and are appetizing. At Mitoyo noodles, cubed pork and menma are served in a dipping sauce, but here they are served as toppings on top of the noodles. The dipping sauce was the same rich seafood type as Mitoyo noodles, but it was a little thicker. Even with a large bowl of noodles, there was no need to refill the dipping sauce.
