So...you know those little East African deep friend triangles of special spice beef? Every so often, I just NEED one of those. A long time ago I worked in county government and was spoiled by the office potlucks. This is super North Minneapolis corner store with a deep fryer and some people with talent and community dedication. Sometimes the hot food counter doesnt open until 2 pm, so dont get your hopes up too high for lunch. On the candy side, I will show my exact age and freak out a little about the 25 cent packs of now and later. How have I neglected to teach my kids about this delicacy? They weren't impressed.
