I was reluctant to order from a food truck but after driving by it a few times I saw how busy it was and decided to give it a try. We ordered a medium with four toppings. The employee inside was friendly and his English was way better than my Spanish. We ordered at 5:25pm and our pizza was ready in 15 minutes! And the place was super busy with only one employee. The crust was delicious, the toppings were plentiful and the pizza was cooked perfectly. The price can't be beat! $8.00 fed two of us with three slices left over. No wonder so many locals were lined up to grab a pizza or a slice. What a diamond in the rough! Wish we had a Jorge's Pizza in KY!! Be sure to tip this hardworking employee! He is awesome!
