This is my very first time to dine at Jorge’s. It won’t be my last! My server, Eddie, was the best and made my dining experience memorable. He was quite knowledgeable about the menu. What impressed me is after he introduced himself, he asked for my name!! Then he called me by name whenever he came to my table with a drink refill etc. Eddie is simply extremely personable as well as professional. Thank you.
