We stopped by for coffee when they were supposedly open but bo ine was behind the counter. A worker in a different part of the shop looked at us but didn't bother to speak to us, offer any assistance or info, or quit playing on his phone. Meal type: Other Service: 1

Joseph is a warm, endearing man. Very humble, ground, patient and kind. He took our very complicated order, responded to many many requests and then didn't charge us anything on account of a family wedding. It was clear that he puts in a lot of love and effort in his coffee making skills (which was delicious) and we all left Ohio feeling the warmth of his hospitality. Ohio should be proud of Joseph's Cup Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Hot Chocolate Supreme
