It's a fishmongers and restaurant/cafe in Stalingrad which is an area just south of the centre with a large North African population. The fish/seafood is weighed and that's what you pay. Salads, bread etc on the side. It was the greatest fish platter I've ever had. Sea bream, garfish, octopus, calamari, giant shell on prawns and anything else you pointed at. 10Euros for 1/2kg was an absolute bargain. We had some seafood in the centre the night before and paid 3 times as much for inferior quality fish.
