AMAZING! We had their bone marrow appetizer and drinks. I can't remember the name of my drunk but it had spring pea puree in it and was absolutely incredible
Can easily say Joule is one of the most flavorful restaurants in Seattle. Came for brunch - their theme this month is Indian Fusion. They have a brunch buffet that includes tapas/mini desserts as well as a full brunch entree included. While it is a tad on the pricier side ($$$, 20 for brunch) it definitely is worth the flavor trip. Palak paneer dip was AMAZING - wished I could've taken some home. Kaya French Toast was so good I craved it the next day. Ambiance is nice and bright - outdoor seating is lovely also. Service gratituity of 20% is already added to your bill, however they take such great care of you that I'd tip at least the 20% anyway even if it wasn't included. Definitely will be back!
Wonderful food best thing we had was the waffles and chicken fried steak strips. The Sangria with bourbon  excellent never had that shot in a Sangria before. Service is good and we got a table on a Sunday after church no wait.
