Pretend not to know English, dead silent until I get up to the counter and then pretend to have an arguement over the phone in Hindi while you double scanned my items! I asked for a receipt and I just get ignored like I don’t exist! Do not come here, it’s really not worth it.

Me and my boyfriend went there kinda late because he wanted a new vape but all the other stores where close so we went here bad customer service right off the bat walk in there look like nobody was even in there finally we walk up to the counter where the vape where didn’t even get said hello to and dude was just sitting there on his phone when my boyfriend finally said which vape he wanted he had to say it twice because dude behind the counter wasn’t even listen to us but when he finally check us out the only thing he said to us was there 2 for 40 and was trying to get more money from us

As many times as this location has changed owners the residents of downtown Frederick are blessed to have the people that now own Joy convenience. They care about the community their selection caters to the people that live here. And to top it all off the owners are really really nice.
