I really wanted to enjoy this place. It looked delicious as advertised. But the teriyaki tasted like American barbecue. It was not teriyaki sauce. And that killed the entire meal for me. I ordered the steak teriyaki with rice. It’s a huge portion and would have been great if the teriyaki sauce was actual teriyaki not barbecue. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to this place due to its awesome review , and wished I never would have. Ordered the Chicken Katsu, and asked for Fried Rice instead of white rice. Received white rice with soggy peas and carrots mixed in, and overcooked, tough, dark meat that was presented as my Chicken Katsu. Nothing about this food was good to me. The rice was undercooked and had that crunchy texture to it. The vegetables were mushy. And the chicken was tough and did not have a good taste to it either. Unfortunately I had to throw away my $15 meal . Was very disappointed with just about every aspect of my experience today at Tokyo Stop! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
