I visited for dinner the other evening and had some beer. The food was fine, but the customer service was not good. Because I am a foreigner, I couldn’t fully understand what the staff said in Japanese. After I said “yes” and asked again to confirm, I was spoken to loudly and rudely. I understand that working alone can be tiring and stressful, but foreigners also pay money to eat here and deserve to be treated equally. If this happens again, we may have no choice but to respond in the same manner.
