I don’t understand why it has such low star?! I must give a 5 star for justice. We came at 9pm weekday as most other places have closed. Service was prompt. We ordered all sorts of dishes and everyone was happy with what they got. Nothing to complain about. Children were very happy with drink bar as they finally get to drink all the chocolate they want. Unfortunately, I am not one piece fan. It would be nice if the special promotion have English translation though. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
