He was an incompetent manager. Not enough people to begin with It was full and I had to wait for a seat, but I was going to show people after me, so I called out to them. I didn't answer why. I was guiding two groups after me. I think I was probably giving priority to a large number of people. Even if I pressed the button to order, the clerk finally came after about 5 minutes. I know you're busy, but I think you can do something like asking me to wait. Managers who can't do that are incompetent. I like Joyfull, but I will never go to this store again.
