Waiting to be cashed out because register went down, and this short girl Laney is talking to her coworkers like they’re children, she was very rude and wasn’t even afraid of letting the customers see her disrespect. I even seen one of the workers roll their eyes as she repeated herself over and over again. It seems like she’s just rude to her coworkers but tries to be sweet with customers. I come to this location because it’s always clean and fast service, but I now see why they can’t keep people around and always got new employees. They wanna keep the rude workers while letting the good ones go. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very sorry you were there during a little crisis. The register going down is usually such an event because it holds customers up and sometimes forces us to close until fixed. Employee dynamics are not always perfect in any work place. The manager did address the situation. Hopefully your next visit will go smooth. We appreciate your business.

I have been eating JRECK subs for 50 years. Today I purchased a roast beef on white. The roll has changed and it is not the fresh white roll it once was. The new roll is dry and has no taste. Sorry but that is what made the JRECK sub. Mr. Hailey, Lehman, Nutter and Waltz would roll in their graves if they knew the roll would of changed. I hope I am not the only one who is complaining of the change.
