I just placed an order on the phone. After I put in my 2 sandwiches (pilgrim and catch of the day), the person on the line says “I have one, the graduate”. I said I’m sorry, what? She answered back VERY rudely, I have your two sandwiches. I’m helping another customer. I thought her whole tone was extremely rude. You should probably put employees on the phone who are more pleasant and can handle multitasking. I understand it can be busy, but set the expectation that you are helping another customer and don’t give me an attitude like I’m wrong to question you. I am a repeat customer however there are many other sandwich shops out there.

I just had a Freshman sandwich. The bread was amazing, the sandwich was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Who could ask for more! ????????????
