This is hands down the best Juan Pollo location I’ve been to. Whenever I’m in Corona, I make it a point to stop here because the chicken is always consistent. What sets this location apart is the skin. They don’t overcook or burn it, so it keeps that amazing seasoned flavor. The skin gets perfectly crispy and almost reminds me of roasted duck. It’s honestly my favorite part of the meal and the reason I keep coming back. My only complaint about Juan Pollo in general is that I wish the meat itself had more flavor. Most of the seasoning seems to be concentrated in the skin and outer layer of the chicken. That said, the skin is so good that I find myself eating it with each bite of chicken to add more flavor. The quality at this location is consistently excellent. The skin is always cooked perfectly, the chicken is never burned, and the flavor is exactly what I expect every time. If you’re looking for the best Juan Pollo location, this is definitely my go-to spot. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
