I had a great experience at Juana Inés Mexican Restaurant overall. The Mole Enchilada was a standout—rich, flavorful, and delicious. I also enjoyed their Independence Day special sandwich, which resembled a torta sandwich or pambazo and was very satisfying, even though I can’t remember its exact name. The tres leches cake was the best part of the meal—moist, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the tinga and suadero tacos were disappointing, as they lacked flavor and were very dry. Despite that, I enjoyed several of the dishes and would return to try more items.
