Decent coffee, but not worth terrible customer service! I went there for a number of years (I’m a local), some staff were lovely but the owner was always so unfriendly and it almost seemed like an inconvenience to be ordering from them. The last time I was in there, the owner was arguing with another staff member at the counter as I arrived. There were no pleasantries; no greeting; the whole interaction was very cold. The two continued to argue over my order as the male staff member couldn’t work the computer and she had to help him. It was very awkward. I waited for my juice and coffees and the arguing continued. The juice came out of the kitchen eventually by another staff member who also didn’t bother to say anything, just almost dumped my order on the counter and turned around and walked off. As he was walking off he then got snapped at by the owner. I felt SO uncomfortable by the time I left it definitely wasn’t worth the hefty price tag that came with it. I interacted with three staff that morning and not one of them were friendly, let alone said “hello/goodbye/thank you”. I wish this was an isolated experience but unfortunately I’ve experienced this lack of service one too many times here. I won’t be back!

We do our best to provide great customer service & hope you understand that it is extremely hard to run a cafe with only 2-3 staff on a daily basis & the stress and pressure can be overwhelming at times. We believe our pricing is very competitive and $8.50’for a juice is standard across many cafes. Hope to see you againMore

such a lovely little cafe! the food & coffee were delightful, i ordered the lamb & halloumi salad & was more than impressed. the service was amazing! i would certainly recommend stopping by if you could. an absolute gem

Went to Juice Jar Cafe today very disappointing. Staff unfriendly, and it seemed like too much trouble to serve us . No hello , then cleaned around us after coffee delivered in takeaway cups after asking for a cup to have in store . Didn’t tell us they were closing soon. Could have been handled much bettter . Won’t be rushing back , staff looked tired and unhappy
