Luis and Rocky are very kind and made me feel welcome. Rocky makes the best pasta I have ever eaten in South America. And Luis is a 5 star waiter. Neither of them spoke English, but they were very social and used Google translate when it was needed. In the restaurant they were playing native songs in the background and sometimes you heard someone sing from the kitchen (I think it was another chef than Rocky though, but I am not sure. Either way, it was a nice atmosphere)! If I could, I would come back to this restaurant every day they work. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
