Julio Cesar was recommended to us for a nice dinner and I’m so glad it was! The food was delicious and the pasta was homemade, we could watch the chefs make it through a glass window. The ambiance and decor was also on point :) We spent a lot at various restaurants while visiting Puerto Rico and the precise here were not exorbitant like at some other spots (and better food here!).
