After seeing all the great reviews I was excited to try Jumbo Noodles Bar. I left feeling disappointed and am wondering if it was just an "off" night or what. I ordered the Spicy Szechuan pot and was less than impressed with most everything about it. The flavor was lacking, it wasn't spicy, and it all just tasted old. Really the only thing it had going for it was that it was hot, as advertised. Almost too hot, but I won't take away for that. My wife ordered a different hot pot, and she felt the same. Underwhelmed. The service was decent. Good service, mediocre food = 3 stars from me.
