They allow smoking in this restaurant which we didn’t know. Right after we ordered two chain smoker’s sat down on either side of us and lit one up after another. The food and coffee is fine. Note: Mayonnaise is on all the toasts that we got so if you don’t want Mayo let them know. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
