Absolutely disgusted. Paid over 27 bucks for 6 slices of pizza that looks like a square frozen pizza from Walmart. Misleading and is not shown on the website. Waste of money. Will not recommend to any one. Your better off going some wear else as this place is false on there advertising and way over priced Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: 9 X 11 Hawaiian Pizza

Reba, sorry you had a bad experience with our pizza last evening, we will address this with our staff on the toppings. Like many restaurants we struggle with consistency in the kitchen and has been a real challenge for us in our small town.  I understand  you giving a 1-star rating on the pizza, however what was the reason for "Interior Atmosphere" and "Service" you received at the time of your phone in, take-out order, by giving a 1 star rating on these areas?

Popped in there for our anniversary dinner and it was great. We both had the smash burger. one with poutine and one with fries. Both meals were tasty, service was great and the atmosphere enjoyable. Will be back for sure! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Large Poutine

My family decided to take our visiting family to the eatery last night before they left back home. We have gone plenty of times and always enjoyed our dining experience and we were excited to share it with our extended family.

To say this is the absolute worst service we have ever had is an understatement.

We arrived at 6pm ordered our food around 615, (There was practically no one in there when we arrived. Maybe 2/3 people) we got four burgers and a pizza for the kids.

We waited and waited and waited… watched as four other tables of parties of three come in after us, order after us and get their food before us. When one of us approached asking how long our food was they said it was on the grill right now (this was about 7pm) to which was asked “have you even started cooking it yet?” The lady said yes and that it would be out shortly.

The pizza came out at 725pm, which definitely to us makes it seem like no it wasn’t being cooked at all until asked. Also given the excuse "everyone came in at once."

So the kids ate their pizza, our food still has not come.

One of us goes and tells them to just please bag it to go.
So after waiting literally just under two hours they bag us our food, to which we point out hey we’re missing a whole burger, even after it was asked if it was alllll there and we were told it was.

So we stand around another 5 minutes waiting for them to bring it out.

The lady forgot to ring up the pizza and then when one of the adults asked “can our pizza be free since we’ve been waiting for two hours?”
She said no and again we were given the excuse of “everyone came in at once” yet they served four other tables that came in after us and even ordered after us. Literally everyone got served their meals before us... And they all came in after us. Except one table that also had 3 kids and i believe 2 adults)

By the time we paid and everything it was 8 pm. I am still confused on how our food will be out shortly equals out to another 35 minutes of waiting.

We’re all understanding that restaurants can be busy etc but when does it become just down right unacceptable? Two of us have been servers, and worked in kitchens so we get it. We really do, but never ever has anywhere we ever worked had to wait two hours.

Not once did anyone come tell us hey sorry it’s taking so long, not once we were checked on while we waited.

While we were checking out she was giving us attitude as if we were the problem just being there.

Once we got our food to our new destination, three of the burgers were made wrong, they were alll ice cold, the fries were soggy, and two of us had chicken burgers and the chicken was so dry, it was like a mouth full of sawdust. One of us asked for extra pickles to have literally one tiny pickle on the burger, one asked for extra bacon and there was no bacon.

Never have any of us had ever had to wait so long for our food and typically when a place knows they messed up they try to make it better. All we got was sass and excuses. There’s no reason why we had to wait two hours for our meals while they served other tables who came in and ordered after us…

Zero effort was made to own up to the wait. Really ruined the eatery for us and our extended family.
