지나칠 때 마다 한번 가 봐야지 하다가 가봤는데 역시 잘왔다. 동네 숨은맛집이다. 난 갠적으로 칼치구이만 먹는게 더 좋았다. 벌써 네번째인가.. 칼치도 크지않고 잘잘하지만 기름에 바싹 튀기듯이 조리해서 지느러미 가시는 먹을수 있는정도가 아니라 바삭하니 꼬소한게 별미다. 그리고 작은몸통은, 살을 발라먹어보면 작아서 서운함은 싹 사라진다. 부드럽고 촉촉한데 간도 딱맞고 기가막히게 맛있다. 이집은 칼치 비늘을 모두 벗겨내고 구워내는데 그래서 더 깔끔하고 맛있다. 이런맛집은 혼자 숨겨놓고 즐기고싶은곳이지만 코로나로 힘든시간 버텨내고있는 사장님께 응원이 되고싶어 용기내어 후기를 적어본다.
