We had 6 consecutive orders that were misplaced to the wrong location which ended up affecting yours. We thank you for your support and enjoying our food, but I understand your frustration and it has been noted so we can operate better for our customers. As English is not the first language, it might have been miscommunicated that we assumed it was you to blame. We were trying to get to the bottom of the situation with the misplaced orders, and we apologize if that came across the wrong way. We operate out of a Cloud Kitchen for our Emeryville location, and we have made it known to the front desk staff that this was unacceptable that they did not connect with you the whole time. I know that you would like to avoid in the future, but if you would like to visit or try our food again, please contact us so we can make it right for you.
