Over those many restaurants around Doha, we found our happy place so I reserved this review on our special day.♥
It was unpremeditated visit, we were walking to find restaurant to dine and when we’re passing by we saw this Japanese restaurant, (only Japanese food junkie will understand) it triggers automatically my keenness to wallow in. From then on we visited them several times (same table. same spot) to the point that all staffs know us already. This place has positive impact to us, all was a happy memories together.
Of course for us to keep on coming back the food must great. Ebi Tempura will always on our table with Seafood fried rice which is his fave (it’s a miracle because he’s too picky when it comes to food he eat, so it must be really good if he likes it). Their homespun Grilled Salmon on salt was really dainty other than the restaurant we’ve been to. But you know what’s the shortcut to heaven? Indulge into their Matcha Ice cream with mochi (hahaha i know only matcha lover will agree). Overall when it comes to food, thumbs up!
If you like to dine in a hassle free and underrated environment, Junko is the answer. The place is a mixed of traditional and modernized design but they blended well and the staffs wearing traditional Japanese getup which added on your authentic Japanese experience.
