The chicken here is unreal. Unmatched anywhere. Get just a whole chicken. Itll be the best rotisserie chicken you've had. And everything else is great also. Amazing fries, excellent wings. They crush it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I have been here many times and the food is always excellent. I'm sure everything on the menu is great but I always get the machu bowl with lime rice, black beans, rotisserie chicken because it's so good. I especially like the green sauce. Ooh that's so good! Fresh ingredients and really tasty food with really unique flavor -- I've never had anything quite like it. Plus the service is always excellent. The people that work there are also very friendly (most of them are RIT students). I also appreciate that Just Chik'n is open late. Try this place out, you will love it!!! The food is good, but the aggravation isn't worth it. We placed a large order to feed 30 dinner guests. I went to pick it up, brought it home, and discovered they'd given us only half of what we ordered. I drove back to get the rest, while my wife called to alert them that I was on my way. When I got there, the other half of the order still wasn't ready. The person in charge spent a lot of time doing some sort of accounting on the cash register rather than getting my food. When he finally got around to it, the food was ice cold. (We'd been promised it would be hot.) So I brought back a bunch of ice cold food to thirty hungry dinner guests who had expected to be fed half an hour ago. Nobody at the store was apologetic; nobody offered to adjust our bill (even though they delivered cold food at 7:00 instead of the promised hot food at 6:30), and we won't be shopping here again.
