Called there yesterday to order a medium pizza when my husband got there they had sold the pizza’s to someone else He had to stand in line for them to remake the pizza when I received them they only gave me small pizza’s when I ordered medium I called back up there to report the issue the girl that took the order hung up on me so I went back to the store with the pizza’s to talk to the manager it took him about 10 to 15 minutes to even come out and talk to me when he came out he told me medium come with 10 slices mine only had 8 he told me he cut the pizza’s to make the 10 he threaten to call the police and he was not refunding me my money nor remaking the pieces and walked away I was charged 25.00 dollars for small pizza’s when I ordered medium and he called the police this is a family owned business you would think they would treat there customers better but I guess not smh never again will I ever order there

I give them 2 thumbs down. I placed an order with them on June 11th. Had to repeat address 3 different times and he still got it wrong. After 3 hours of waiting I decided to call them and see why it hadn't been delivered. I was told that it went to 1439 when I clearly stated to the guy 3 different times it was 1431. They took the pizza back to the store and never called to say anything about it going to the wrong place. They told me if I still wanted the pizza I would
have to come get it
. I was also told I would get a full refund. So once I got there one of the pizza's was wrong. Nancy said she would make 2 more and it would take only 5 minutes which it did. I looked at my account while standing there and saw $6.36 pending. I asked her about it and was told give it 3 to 5 business days and it would come back on there. Well, I know for a fact that my bank processes refunds quickly and that the amount wasn't a refund. I called my bank today and was told that no refund was issued for the 2 pizzas. I know my bank and refunds and Nancy argued me down about how it works. She gave me the receipts where she voided the transaction only not a refund. The agent on the phone verified that the $6.36 was not a refund just like I tried to tell her ass. So Nancy you told me if it didn't show to come back up there in 3 to 5 business days and ask for you. It won't be 3 to 5 business it will be today. You will give me the correct refund today. All you did was voided the transaction. Makes me think you got me or not. Pizza was good but the service was horrible. First place I eat at when I got here and the service was bad. Not a good first impression. Will not order again from this place again.
