A friend recommended this place and I love Thai food so I was open to trying something new. The decor was lovely and the food was good. I got the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. My only con was the chicken was very dry. You can tell they used chicken breast and unfortunately it seemed over cooked, other than that everything else was lovely. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We had a good experience overall. We tried the lamb stew curry, pineapple curry, Thai basil tofu rice, Massaman curry, crispy chicken spring rolls, and mango sticky rice. The Thai basil was my favorite, while the spring rolls could have used a bit more flavor. The mango sticky rice was disappointing and wasn’t something we’d order again. The food was good overall, though the portion sizes could be a little bigger. The service was really good, and with a few improvements, this place could be even better. Ka Thai Uptown is an absolute gem! The Pad Thai and Yellow Curry were bursting with authentic flavor, the Fried Rice was perfectly seasoned, and the Wings were addictive. Don’t skip the Mango Sticky Rice with ice cream — incredible finish. Atmosphere is vibrant and service was great Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
