大正時代から酒屋として親しまれていた大塚酒造跡地を引き継ぎ、日本酒を中心にお酒の販売、そしてカフェとして蘇った、角地にあるお店 外観は当時の趣のまま、内装をリノベーション ただリノベーションするだけでは無く、かつて大塚酒造で使われていた酒樽の蓋を切り出し、テーブルや棚などに再利用 エイジングが進んだ木材だけに、お店の雰囲気に溶け込む熟れ感は見事 石造りの地下室があり、そこをお酒の販売スペースにし、大塚酒造自慢の日本酒 浅間嶽を中心に取り揃える カドブレンドと浅間嶽の酒粕チーズケーキを注文しましたが、この酒粕チーズケーキが想像以上のクオリティーの高さ 浅間嶽の酒粕がほんのり香り、チーズの旨味を底上げ この酒粕の配分量のバランスが絶妙で実に美味しい 今度は自慢の日本酒をお店で楽しめるように、夜に角打ちなバー営業を計画中だそうなので、ますます魅力度を上げるでしょう Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
