Fantastic hotel. Clean, well-kept (very fresh and nicely decorated rooms). Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Very close to the entrance to the TPN trail. We would love to come back again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The hotel is clean and well-kept. We had a two bedroom apartment. Everything is clean and well-kept, the only minus is the kitchenette, which is large, spacious, beautifully decorated, but not very equipped. There is no cutlery or plates, for example. The center is a bit far away, but if you like walking, it's not a problem. Moreover, there are buses every hour from the stop which is about 100 m from the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. Great 5 days :) Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

There was an alarm on New Year’s night at 00:10 that went off in a bulding “A” on the first floor, the alarm was terribly loud but the main problem was there was a smoke from fireworks in the hallway, probably coming from the apartment next door, seemed like someone set off the fireworks inside the apartment, as the smoke was coming out of their door. The smoke got inside our apartment as well, it was a terrible smell and we had to go out in the middle of the night because we couldn’t breathe there. It totally ruined our night. We wanted to change our apartment to a different one so we could go to sleep, but the reception was closed and no one was answering our calls. So we had no choice but to open the balcony doors in the apartment and let the fresh air come in, it was cold outside and we wanted to sleep already. It was such a terrible experience for us and we paid 260€ for this nightmare. I tried to contact the hotel but they are not answering, they only care about the money. I don’t recommend this place and would never come back again. Another thing is, when we booked our apartment, there was a kitchen on the pictures. But we only had a fake stove that was just an imitation of a stove and empty sideboards - not even a single plate, forks, knives, wine/champagne glasses, or a microwave. I don’t know why are they offering those rooms if they are not completed. Atleast the price should be reduced. I would also like to mention breakfast - which was another bad experience for me, as I am celiac and can’t eat gluten, they didn’t have any gluten free bread or other products for me. Basically I could only eat couple things and I left hungry. I never experienced this in a hotel and if I pay 265€ per night I expect that I get what I pay for and it’s sad that they don’t care about their guests with intolerancies and allergies.
