Fantastic Japanese Cuisine and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful experience at Katana in Samarkand. This Japanese restaurant offers not only high-quality sushi, but also a great selection of other dishes like wok noodles, chicken dishes, and especially the spicy chili chicken — absolutely delicious! What really made our visit special was the outstanding service from Aliana, (maybe we write the name wrong) She was incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Her warm attitude and excellent service truly stood out. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared.
