Last time i visit in kayu but i said give me one v60hot but this lady give ice but i told her kindly give me hot no problem but she rude with me i am the regular customer but all people so good but this girl that time to much rude i see her face i think our gedia people never go this store maybe the Philippine lady working

It’s my first time to visit KAYU and my experience is really great. Once i enter the shop i feel welcomed as the staffs are accommodating and approachable. In terms of coffee it tastes PERFECT i'm satisfied with the service. The place has a great ambience and i feel comfortable.

Not all desserts is what you expect. Just check before ordering, the KAYU chocolate mousse thingy is great but the mango shaped dessert is bland. The puff thingy is also delicious.
