Horrible experience. I initially liked their food although I think the portions are too small for the price. Apart from the over priced food, their service sucks big time! The staff are so unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN! Service: Delivery Service: 1

Very Dissatisfied Customer First of all, this was an advance order — placed and fully paid for days ahead. The delivery slot given was 1–3 pm, but I specifically requested that it be delivered by 2 pm. On the delivery date, they called at 1:30 pm — I thought it was to inform me that the food was out for delivery. Instead, they said one of the dishes I ordered wasn’t even cooked yet because of a kitchen issue. I told them clearly that I needed it by 3 pm at the latest since I had to leave and bring the food with me. They promised to check with their chef and call me back with an update. But by 3 pm, I still hadn’t received any call. Even worse, they stopped answering my calls. After several attempts, someone finally picked up only to tell me they were still waiting for a rider to pick up the food — and they couldn’t even say what time it would actually arrive. No consideration for the customer’s time. Poor communication, no updates, just excuses. If they had informed me earlier about the issue, I could have looked for other options. Food was underwhelming and not worth the price. We ordered shrimp in aligue, but it was too oily, overcooked, and the shrimp tasted like it came straight from the freezer—not fresh at all. The lumpiang sariwa was just average; flavor was okay but could definitely be improved, and the sauce had a paste-like texture. What made it worse was the delivery. We were charged ₱350 for delivery on a Sunday, but they only booked Lalamove, even though the location wasn’t far from San Juan. On top of that, the food arrived late at 4 PM. Very disappointing and not considerate at all. I’ve just read through other reviews of KC’s Kitchen, and it seems many customers share the same concerns we had. Please think carefully before ordering—the service drops significantly once they receive payment. This is unacceptable service. I will never order again and I will not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. I ordered a bunch of food and specifically asked for the delivery timeframe of 3pm-5pm as I was having my final dinner with the family before my flight back home, they asked if it could be from 6pm and I kindly agreed being understanding. Initially, their response time was fast but towards the end they were ignoring my calls and texts because I kept asking where my order was. They said the food took longer because they had a meeting - which they should’ve accounted for and they didn’t get a driver until 6:40pm. I didn’t receive my food until nearly 9pm!!!! My grandparents had to stay up super late waiting on the delivery. I tried texting and calling them multiple times to receive an update but they ignored me. They didn’t even bother replying to my messages on Viber/Messenger, just left them on seen and didn’t apologise for the inconvenience at all. Very unprofessional. I tried to be understanding but receiving your order at nearly 9pm is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This is was past our dinner time, especially for my grandparents. Even the driver said, he was trying to contact the office to locate me but no one was picking up - and they didn’t even pass my mobile number so the delivery guy took even longer to deliver my food. If you cannot meet your timeframes, make sure there’s someone who can communicate this with the customer instead of making them waiting for hours. SUPER disappointed. I heard okay things about the food, but if this is your quality of customer service, then it’s not worth it for me. Food was cold by the time it got delivered. Not happy, and wont be returning.
