Food is okay. Seasoning is a lot of salt and lemon pepper. Vegetables are just burnt, no sauté. Has a lot of potential.

Wow. Went tonight and had great food and great service. We both had combo plates. Very delish and more than we could eat. (Especially loved the shrimp!) Darn good veggies too, cooked perfectly. We will be going back, there were many other dishes that looked great.

I think ownership changed hands or they swapped trailers out. The original trailer was really good. This Time it was just good. Nothing impressive. Not sure I would do it again for the price. If I want good hibachi, Kento hibachi in Lebanon is the best.
