This was my go-to takeout spot in Abashiri as I am obsessed with Japanese KFC and the employees are super nice they helped me call a Taxi back to the Hotel. There is also a Pizza Hut in the next counter. The seating area is small because they are located inside a Tsutaya (popular Manga, Magazine and Stationary store chain in Japan).
