Chicken is generally good, but you will wait 15-20 minutes even for simple orders when there are not that many people & they will just remove your order number from a screen even if it's not ready. Don't come here if you are in a rush. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As for the food itself, the chicken was decent but not amazing. The coating had that classic KFC flavor, but it wasn’t as crispy as I expected, and it felt like it had been sitting for a bit. The inside was still juicy, though, so it wasn’t a total miss. What really brought the experience down was the cleanliness. The dining area was alright, but the toilet was dirty and there were no tissues available, which is pretty disappointing for a place like this. It gave the impression that hygiene isn’t being checked as often as it should be. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–15 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

With great enthusiasm I welcomed the opening of KFC Algés, a franchise of which I am a fan. I wish it had been a positive experience, but unfortunately it brings together too many things that shouldn't happen in restaurants, especially fast food: 1 - the self-service machine options are confusing and not intuitive. It is not possible to pay with mbway or contactless in them; 2 - the employees have difficulty using the tools at their disposal and there is an air of confusion that hangs from the counter inside - yesterday I ordered 3 colonel burgers and a package of potatoes, the burgers were on the 'shelf' for several minutes while the potatoes were already they were ready beforehand, and the employees were standing there looking at the monitor - and none of them were preparing any orders, so you don't understand what's happening there. 3 - cold food because it waits a long time to be served. I leave here an experience not to be repeated: I ordered the €5.75 promotional menu with hamburger, potatoes, drink and mini ice cream. I ordered at the counter so I could pay straight away, and because I couldn't find the self-service option on the menu. I told the employee: 'I want hot potatoes, not the ones that have been there for half an hour' I noticed, while the lady was ordering, that the value on her screen was more than €5.75, and I reiterated 'I just want the €5.75 menu' To which the lady asked if I didn't want extra potatoes, and I said I just wanted the menu mentioned above. When paying, of course the amount was wrong....I called their attention, and the lady with poor manners complained that I had ordered too many potatoes... She called another employee to help correct it but insisted on continuing to say that I I had made the wrong order... A well-located place with good food will come to an end very quickly if employees are not trained, behaviorally and otherwise.
