My son and I placed to separate orders through the Apps for pickup. He ordered 5 min after me. When I got in the store I saw mine put out first so I waited for his. After 10 min I asked on the status for his order. They told me his order was placed on the pickup tray so nothing they can do if someone pick them up. I asked the manager if thats the case can he looked at the camera to see who picked it up. He said he is unable to get access to them. Very dishonest and not a good way to run a business. I do not recommend this KFC establishment. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yea my fault for ordering on door dash. Spent like 40 bucks and they messed every item up. Sorry, they didn't mess it up, they intentionally didnt add items to my order. Ice for the drink, Sauce for the tenders. The biscuit with the combo. Pretty impressive to be this bad at your job honestly. Or, they were upset i orderd 50 minutes before closing? Arrived at 11:30 AM expecting a crowd for lunch. No one else was there. First red flag. Got there ordered food at the drive-through. when I got to the window, My drinks had no ice, and I was informed that the ice machine was broken and there was no ice in the store. Whenever I went to bite into my chicken nuggets that I ordered, they were like rubber and most certainly not fresh extremely salty.
