I waited in drive thru for 15 min behind another car, the car in front had to yell are you ready at the speaker just for them to ask what they wanted, I go around to go in and was immediately helped, but there are 4 girls and. Guy in there working, 2 girls was in there playing and calling each their names and cussing, while the cook was nowhere to be found and his timer was going off. Idk used to love this place but might be driving to the further one from here on out. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had bought two orders of the 12 count nugget meals, drove all the way home and realized there was only seven in each box, came all the way back because the manager said I could get a whole new box of 12 nuggets after she had said, I know they look small, but there’s 12 in there, there really were seven and I took a picture. Then I asked if I could get a drink for the trouble and she said well I’m giving you a whole 12 nuggets. like OK that is literally what I paid for and didn’t receive but go off I guess. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know who this girl thinks she is at the drive-through window tonight on February 16. The KFC especially this location used to be the absolute best when it came to customer service. This location has been by far our favorite location for years because of how it has been ran it’s usually always very clean, and Everyone is so nice but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at this KFC or any KFC for that matter I tried to order a family meal which is not a digital exclusive on the app. I do know the difference. At 7:30 PM I tried to place this order and the app was completely down. It would not let me order anything. The app does stop taking orders at 8 PM. I understand that but my original attempt at ordering was 30 minutes before 8 o’clock and it would not let me order anything so I decided to just go ahead and get to KFC and order at the window. And trust me when I say I completely get being in fast food dealing with customers, and I am usually one to give multiple chances and definitely give quite a bit of grace and I definitely feel for the employees who work in the fast food industry. however, I will always give out the same respect that is given, and if you were hateful to me or you do not want to offer any kind of assistance or guidance for a paying customer then you should probably not be working in this industry. I was told very rudely that that is an online special only what I was trying to order which again was six tenders and six chicken and was told that is online only even though the app does not say digital exclusive. ( see attached photo) so I explained the issues with the app and that I wasn’t able to place my order and her response was well. It stops taking orders at eight. I didn’t even argue with her. I just laughed it off and still ordered my 12 pieces of chicken lol and got extra because there were drinks involved on top of that. It was just a little cheaper so not only did you lose money because you forced me to order off the drive-through menu, but you were also extremely rude. Do better.
